Federal S. 950
Introduced by Lincoln (D-AR) and referred to the Senate Committee on Finance. The bill would exempt medical providers that offer outpatient occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services from furnishing a $50,000 surety bond, as required under the Social Security Act, provided that they provide a comparable surety bond under state law.
They should not let pending cases happened in this kind of situation. The people might need the bond badly.
